How do I play Gramfall?
Tap letter tiles that share the same row or column to spell a valid word. Tiles don't need to be adjacent — the order you tap them becomes the word. Clear tiles before any column fills to the top or it's game over.
What is the Word of the Day?
Each day a specific 5–8 letter target word is shown at the top of the grid. Spell it using the tiles before the board fills up to complete the daily challenge and build your streak.
How do I restore my Ad-Free subscription?
Open the app, go to Settings, tap "Upgrade to Ad-Free", then tap "Restore Purchases". Your subscription will be restored as long as you are signed in to the same Apple ID used to purchase it.
How do I cancel my Ad-Free subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Go to your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, find Gramfall, and tap Cancel Subscription. You will retain access until the end of the current billing period.
Why are my scores not syncing across devices?
Gramfall uses iCloud to sync your gameplay data. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple ID on both devices and that iCloud is enabled in your device Settings.
How do I manage my ad preferences?
Open the app, go to Settings, and tap "Manage Ad Preferences". You can also go to iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking to control app tracking at the device level.
My game progress was lost. What can I do?
Game progress is stored locally on your device and synced via iCloud. If you recently restored or switched devices, ensure iCloud is enabled and give the app a moment to sync. If the issue persists, contact us below.
